Welcome to the Official Headquarters of the Guardians of the Mayan Heritage

We are over 70 united Maya sub-regions, the keepers of ceremonies and sacred records. Our Official annual ceremonies take place at renowned historical sites, including:

  • The Great Cerro Tusa Pyramid and Altar of Colombia

  • The Sacred Pyramid of Chichen Itza

  • The Holy Cenotes of Sisbichen-Yucatan

  • The ancient city of Palenque and the holy village of La Ventana in Chiapas-Yucatan

  • The Holy Mountain of Oxlajuj Kan in Guatemala

  • The first capital and oldest altar of the Maya peoples at Iximche in Guatemala

We are the custodians of the eternal ceremony at these sacred sites.

Beginning in October 2025, we will unveil sacred records that deepen our understanding of the One Creator, Hunab Ku, the Great Father, the One Eternal Source, the Heart of Heaven. We must live the 7 Sacred Teachings, we have the instructions on the right way to live, as we were intended to in our creation when we were placed here.

These records, which include the complete Pop Wuj, often incorrectly referred to as the Spanish Priest changed Popul Vul, encompass our 5000-year history. They aim to educate and enlighten by promoting understanding, fostering unity, and restoring the beauty of the Maya, the sacred People of God. Through this initiative, we hope to inspire a deeper appreciation of the Maya's rich cultural legacy and shared human values.

May we blossom again!

Official Message from Ogimaa Songab

Join us for Chief David Midegah's impactful speech, "Return the Indian His Soul," as he calls for reclaiming Indigenous cultural heritage, healing through truth and partnership, and fostering a future of reconciliation and dignity for all nations.

The Seven Sacred Teachings

After the Great Flood Event, Noosah, the Father, was commanded by the One Creator to adhere to the Seven Grandfather Teachings, which were given as the seven principal ways of living to humankind and were expected to be followed for unity with the One Creator's and the sacred creation. Often associations with members of the animal kingdom will occur to display that while these character traits are natural to the Sacred Creation, often times our actions are not.

  1. Wisdom: There is only One Creator of all things seen and unseen, and the one creator is not seen; do not claim any object is the One Creator.

  2. Respect: All things seen and unseen are from the One Creator; do not disrespect by altering the workings of his creation, or you disrespect the one creator.

  3. Humility: People are made in the image of the One Creator; do not harm them in any way as they are your equal.

  4. Honesty: What one person has obtained in their journey with the one Creator is not yours to seek, take, or replace, accept what comes to you only.

  5. Truth: All living beings are on a journey with the One Creator; honor them and their families, act with restraint, and take only what you need, refraining from offending their spirit by consuming their blood.

  6. Courage: You are a spirit in a vessel of earth; be the spirit person first so that your spirit is connected always to the Heart of Heaven.

  7. Love: Give love unconditionally to all things seen and unseen, even as the sun shines light liberally on all. Do the same with justice, not just to people, but to all living things.

The Eternal Ceremony

Our mission is to revitalize traditional Maya ceremonies, engage with local communities to foster cultural pride, and develop resources that enlighten and educate about Maya and America's true history
